Doug is a native Floridian born in Tallahassee. He was raised in an apostolic home and was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 18.
Doug felt the call to ministry and became a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International in 1996 while serving under the ministry of Daniel Huba in Tallahassee. While there, Doug was involved in many facets of ministry including outreach, teaching Bible studies, youth ministry and Sunday school.
Doug married his wife Sheri in 1988 and they have two sons, Nathan and Daniel.
Doug and Sheri the senior pastors in Port St. Joe, Fl. from 2008 to 2014. In the fall of 2021 they moved to central Florida and became a part of Faith World in Leesburg, They now serve as the campus pastors of the Faith World Eustis campus under the leadership of pastor Trueman Hurley.
